The summer season at Asahidake and Kurodake begins in mid-June and comes to a close two weeks later. A “summer” that vanishes almost as quickly as it arrives. This is the season that visitors can fully experience the wonders of nature through a wide range of activities, such as hiking, rafting, and fishing. Known for being hot throughout the day, but cool and comfortable in the evening, this is the perfect place to escape the summer heat of Honshu.
