Matters not stipulated in these Terms of Use shall be subject to laws and regulations or general customs.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Eligibility<br\/>Rental equipment can only be used by customers who meet all of the following items:<br\/>1. Those who can abide by the terms and conditions of this facility.<br\/>2. Those who own a mobile phone that can be contacted by the facility.<br\/>3. Those who carry an ID card on the day of rental and can present it to the staff of the facility.<br\/>4. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or guardian or a person over the age of 18 (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;guardian&#8221;) during the loan period. Those who can be accompanied by a person who can be accompanied by a person who is not a good friend<br\/>Parents and guardians shall be jointly and severally responsible under these Terms.<br\/>5. (Until 12 o&#8217;clock two days before the desired rental date)<br\/>Even without a reservation, it is possible to rent on the day depending on the rental situation. Please note that it may take about 1~2 months from the date of refund processing.<br\/>*For detailed refund times, please contact your credit card company directly.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Disclaimer<br\/>No cancellation fee will be charged if the following events apply:<br\/>\u30fbTransportation impact: If there is a significant delay or cancellation of the flight on the day of use.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0About reservation changes<br\/>Changes cannot be made after the reservation has been made.<br\/>If you wish to make a change, please cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation.<br\/>Please note that in this case, cancellation regulations will also apply and a prescribed cancellation fee may be charged.<br\/>Please note that depending on availability, you may not be able to make a reservation again.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Application Procedure<br\/>The procedure for applying for use is as follows.<br\/>1. Fill out the rental application form.<br\/>2. Give your ID to the staff of the facility. Please note that the staff of this facility will check your ID and take a copy or photo. (Copies of ID will be discarded or deleted after the rental equipment is returned.) \uff09<br\/>3. We will settle the rental fee. The loan fee shall be settled in advance as determined separately and shall be settled in advance in principle.<br\/>4. The staff of this facility will explain how to handle the rental equipment.<br\/>5. The customer and the staff of the facility will work together to confirm that the rental equipment is not defective.<br\/>6. The staff of this facility will hand over the rental equipment to the customer.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Return of rental equipment<br\/>Customers must return the rental equipment by the scheduled return time. Please return the rental equipment in the same condition as when you rented it. If there is any damage or excessive defacement, please inform the property staff immediately.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Establishment of a lease contract<br\/>The rental contract for rental equipment is established when the facility receives the rental fee and delivers the rental item to the customer.<br\/>If the rental equipment reserved by the customer cannot be rented due to accidental theft or other reasons not attributable to the Facility or the Operator, the Facility may cancel the rental contract.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Invalidation of application<br\/>If the Guest falls under any of the following items during the Rental Period, the Facility may invalidate the Customer&#8217;s application and immediately request the return of the Rental Equipment without any notice. In this case, the rental fee received by the facility will not be refunded.<br\/>1. When the User acts in violation of these Terms of Use.<br\/>2. When an accident occurs due to reasons attributable to the customer.<br\/>3. When the user is no longer eligible for use.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0About the loan period<br\/>If you return the property beyond the loan period without prior notice, we will not refund the guarantee fee you have received. If the next customer cannot use the product due to the delay in returning the product and causes damage to a third party, the Company shall compensate for the damage.<br\/>If you do not receive a return from the customer after the rental period, we may confirm by phone. Please note that the closing time of this facility is 16:30. If you do not return the item within business hours, the guarantee fee will not be refunded.<br\/>If you receive the rental product after the rental start date due to your convenience, you cannot change the rental period.<br\/>If the contract is terminated due to your convenience, the difference in rental fee will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Damage or excessive defacement<br\/>If the rental equipment is damaged or excessively soiled, please stop using it immediately and contact the property.<br\/>If the rental equipment is damaged or excessively defaced due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will be charged for damages.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Theft and loss<br\/>If rental equipment is stolen or lost, please contact the property immediately.<br\/>If the rental equipment is stolen or lost due to reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will be charged the amount of damages.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Prohibited Acts<br\/>1. During the rental period, the customer must not allow anyone other than the user who filled out the rental application form to use the rental equipment.<br\/>2. Use in dangerous places, inappropriate places or methods.<br\/>3. Modifying and changing the structure, equipment, etc. of the loaned product.<br\/>4. Other acts that violate laws and regulations.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>\u25a0Termination due to force majeure<br\/>During the rental period, if the Rental Product becomes unusable due to natural disasters or other force majeure events not attributable to either the Facility or the Customer, the Rental Agreement shall be terminated.
