The Wind Garden “Kaze no Garden” (Hokkaido Garden Road)

This expansive British-style garden took two full years to create as a filming location for the TV drama Kaze no Garden (Wind Garden), set right here in Furano.
Today, the magnificent 2,000-square-meter grounds remain immaculately maintained. From spring through autumn, the garden delights visitors with a breathtaking array of beautiful, seasonally blooming flowers. During July and August, the garden opens bright and early at 6:30 AM. Visitors can enjoy a refreshing morning stroll in the cool, crisp air—the perfect time of day when the flowers are at their most vibrant.
Just a short 2-minute walk away is the enchanting "Rose Garden." This unique area beautifully harmonizes wild species roses with perennials and ornamental grasses. (The best time to view the roses is around early July.)
