■How to use
Advance reservation required. The reservation deadline is 12 o’clock, two days in advance.
*On weekdays, staff will be assigned according to reservations.
*During the period of December 29, 2025 ~ January 3, 2026, it cannot be borrowed or returned. Please note.

■Warranty fee
We will keep 5,000 yen per person in cash on the day.
Refunds will be issued after the rental item is returned.

■Identity verification
Please present your photo ID at the reception.
(Driver’s license, My Number card, etc.)

■About Cancellation
If you cancel your reservation due to your convenience, the following cancellation fee will be charged.
・Up to 4~7 days before the date of use: 30% of the usage fee
・2~3 days before the date of use: 40% of the usage fee
・The day before the day of use: 50% of the usage fee
・On the day of use: 100% of the usage fee
*The number of days is calculated on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
If one hour has passed since the reservation time without prior notice, it will be automatically canceled as a no-notice cancellation and 100% of the usage fee will be charged.
