"Handmade Tofu Cuisine Shop Tradition Hall" is a relocated and restored old private house built in the Taisho era, and is reputed to have a relaxing Japanese space.

Our pride is the "handmade tofu" that is prepared every day. It is carefully made by craftsmen using soybeans from the local Takasu town, "Osode furi" and natural nigari. The taste is rich in the original sweetness and aroma of soybeans, and it has been praised by word of mouth that once you eat it, you will never forget it.

We especially recommend the "Tofu Kaiseki Course", where you can enjoy all of its proud tofu.
