“Shiki-no-Tou” Tower of the Four Seasons
A symbol of Biei — a free observation deck with panoramic views.
This 32.4‑meter observation tower is attached to Biei Town Hall.
An elevator takes visitors to the top floor, where you can enjoy 360‑degree views of Biei’s townscape as well as the Tokachidake Range and the surrounding rolling hills.
Admission is free, making it a great spot for anyone who wants to enjoy Biei’s panorama casually.
