Daisetsuzan Sounkyo Kurodake Ski Resort - 【Official】Hokkaido Central Tourism Guide

Daisetsuzan Sounkyo Kurodake Ski Resort is typically one of the earliest ski resorts to open in Hokkaido. It is renowned for its excellent snow quality due to its high elevation.

The ski season lasts until early May, making it a premier destination for spring skiing. On clear days, you can simultaneously enjoy pristine powder snow and breathtaking views of the Kita-Daisetsu mountain range.

Guided snowshoe hiking tours meeting at the ropeway station are also available.
