Asahikawa Equestrian Club

The Asahikawa Horse Riding Club is a horseback riding experience spot close to the city that can be enjoyed in the racecourse of Hanasaki Sports Park in Hanasaki-cho 5-chome, Asahikawa City. Since it is not a vast outdoor riding course, it is a style of walking on a dedicated racecourse in the park, so it is easy to stop by on your way home from shopping or club activities. For those who are interacting with horses for the first time and small children, we have prepared two menus: “Pull Horse” and “Experience Horse Riding”.

Pull horse (about 5 minutes): The staff pulls the reins and slowly circles around the racecourse. Even first-timers and children can enjoy it with confidence. Infants aged 2 to 5 can ride in two seats with an adult.
Horseback riding experience (about 15 minutes): One-on-one lesson on basic operations. You can experience “walking and stopping” on your own, and once you get used to it, you can try to run a little. This is an introduction to the fun of riding a horse in a short time.

The city location with easy access and a reliable support system make it ideal for the “first step”. Please wear clothes that are easy to move in and feel free to enjoy your time with the horse.
