Asahikawa Kitasaito Garden

Asahikawa Kitasaito Garden is the core of the urban landscape project “Kita Saito” that will be developed at the confluence of the Ishikari River and the Chubetsu River just from the south exit of Asahikawa Station. Against the backdrop of the sky overlooking the Daisetsuzan mountain range and the waterside scenery, the flower beds dominated by perennial grasses, grasses, and shrubs depict the colors of the four seasons. From the buds of spring to the waves of flowers in early summer, the golden swaying glasses in autumn, and the monotone of frost and snow in winter, the expression changes completely with each season. Riverside terraces, walking paths, and bike paths are perfect for picnics, jogging, and photo walks.

The adjacent garden center sells seasonal seedlings and garden goods, provides gardening consultations, and conducts workshops.
