Founded on Susanta's warm desire to "share the taste of his mother’s home cooking," the restaurant features top-quality domestic thick-shaved bonito flakes alongside locally sourced Hokkaido ingredients—from the rice to the meat and vegetables. We highly recommend Susanta’s Omakase (chef's special) Lunch. This one-plate meal features two of the chef’s choice curries, side dishes, salad, papadum (crispy mung bean wafers), and rice. With a contrast between spicy chicken curry and mild, coconut-infused daikon curry, every bite offers a harmony of distinct flavors, aromas, textures, and colors.
