The reason why we always have 8~10 types of rare wines from the Fushi region of Yoichi and Niki Town, and the Sorachi region of Mikasa and Kurisawa, which cannot be tasted anywhere else, is because the owner has been visiting the vineyards for many years and has built a deep connection with the producers.
